Minimum requirements:   Minimum 5 years experience in a retail environment (ideally in a carpet, interiors or home furnishings) Able to demonstrate proficiency in the controlling of stock and people A relevant qualification in Management studies or retail management  A proficient and practiced user of MS Word and Excel applications and retail related EPOS/ ERP. Proficiency in verbal and written Arabic and English  Key characteristics: Self-motivated A leader and motivator Detail orientated Organised and Methodical Able to Multi-task Able to identify priorities and react appropriately Able to work positively under pressure
